The food: Petite Abeille has signed on to be the lead restaurant participant for this glorious event, serving up their signature mussels, Belgian waffles, pommes frites and more. Also getting down with some Belgian food action is Cafe D'Alsace and Luke's Lobster. YUM. And what would a Belgian festival be without Belgian chocolate?? A festival I wouldn't endorse, that's for damn sure. Fortunately, Danny Macroons, Moho Cocoa, and Roni-Sue Chocolates will all be there. Thank god.
