The holiday shopping season is here and with Black Friday just around the corner, we thought we would make a list of some of our favorite electronics for 2015.
Logitech C920 Webcam
You know those laptops that come with a built in webcam? They don't look so great do they? Surprisingly, you can get one of the best webcams on the market for well under $100. The Logitech C920 is the defacto webcam if you are looking to upgrade from that built in webcam. It supports full 1080p HD resolution and is great for recording videos or chatting on Skype.
iPhone 6s / 6s Plus
The iPhone 6s and 6s Plus is Apple's newest iPhone having launched just a couple of months ago. The 6s features a 4.7 inch screen with iOS9, a new 12MP camera and 3D Touch. The 6 Plus has all that but with an even larger 5.5 inch screen and optical image stabilization, which for photo or video enthusiast can be a big deal. We really don't think you can go wrong with the purchase of an iPhone 6s or 6s Plus.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5
What's that? You want a phone with a screen that is even bigger and running Android? Look no further than the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. It comes with a whopping 5.7 inch display, a 16MP camera, optical image stabilization, 32GB internal storage, 4GB of RAM, and Android's newest OS Lollipop. With specs like that, what's not to love?
Xbox One 1TB Console – Fallout 4 Bundle
There are some amazing deals happening right now for the Xbox One. The Xbox One 1TB Fallout 4 bundle is one of our favorites. HP Stream 11
Tablets have been a huge seller in previous holiday season. They are great devices but there is still something to be said about having an actual PC. The HP Stream 11 is a great low end laptop that gives you some horsepower and a pretty decent physical keyboard. The HP Stream 11 comes with Windows 10 and is equipped with a 1.6GHz Intel Celeron processor, 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB SSD hard drive, and a one-year subscription to Office 365 Personal. Oh yeah and the price, the HP Stream 11 is currently under $200.
Lenovo IdeaPad 100s
If the HP Stream 11 isn't for you. There is another great option for a low end notebook and its the Lenovo IdeaPad 100s. This laptop has more of a sophisticated overall feel and look. The Lenovo IdeaPad 100s comes with a Intel Atom Z3735F processor, 2 GB of RAM, and Windows 10.
Amazon Fire Tablet
Have you been wondering whether or not Amazon's Fire tablet is a good deal? We'd say so. Especially since you can pick one up for just $49.99. You'd be hard pressed to find a better tablet for $49.99. That's so inexpensive you could actually get a 6 pack of Fire tablets. That's right, if you buy 5 Fire tablets, you get 1 free. Which is great if you are accident prone or have kids.
Amazon Fire TV
We're rather fond of Amazon's Fire TV. It's a powerful set top box for only $100. You'll get instant access to Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO NOW, Hulu, and more. But what we really love about the Fire TV is the ability to side load apps such as Kodi. Kodi is a wonderful media center that allows users to play and view most videos, music, podcasts, and other digital media files from local and network storage.
Vizio E50 Smart TV
We all want a big TV to watch WWE Smackdown or Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D on right? Enter the Vizio E50 Smart TV. You get 50 inches of glorious LED backlit screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz for just shy of $500. That breaks down to like 10 inches for $100, such a deal. But you also get a Smart TV that's capable of connecting with Netflix, YouTube, and Hulu Plus right out of the box.
UP4 by Jawbone
We recently discovered the UP4 by Jawbone. What caught my attention was its overall design, it actually looks really nice. The majority of health band on the market today look like a giant piece of plastic wrapped around your arm, but Jawbone is doing something different. This device looks like a piece of jewelry. The Jawbone UP4 has heart health monitoring, sleep tracking, personalized guidance from Smartcoach, wireless syncing and 7 days of battery life. Something cool that the UP4 does is the ability to connect your UP4 band to an eligible American Express card for payments.
